Safe, Regulated & Legal Online Poker in Delaware
Delaware is one of the few U.S states where legal online poker is available.
In 2012, the State of Delaware legalized online poker and online casinos under the supervision of The Delaware Lottery.
To add more liquidity to the pool of players in the state, Gov. Brian Sandoval of Nevada and Gov. Jack Markell of Delaware signed an interstate poker compact with Nevada On February 25, 2014 – enabling both states to boost player pools significantly, enabling larger tournament guarantees & promotions.
